So, heres what to do: Write down your License Plate number (Or have a copy of your Title) Have enough cash to pay the fees for the past 2 ~ 3 years (DMVs dont like credit cards due to the interbank fees) Give them your name, the License Plate Number & ask to pay for current & fees in arrears Once they take your money, theyll issue new tabs Its that simple PS.
